Buy-Sell Agreements

A buy-sell agreement can be an important part of a business continuation plan.  Buy-sell arrangements are typically used by members of a partnership and stockholders in closely-held corporations to allow remaining owners to buy the deceased's portion of the business.  Purchasing life insurance to fund a buy-sell agreement can be advantageous.
