Trying to Locate a Health Care Provider that participates in your Health Insurance Plan?

For Our CareFirst BCBS clients:

Go to www.carefirst.com   Scroll down to the "Solution Center" on the home page.  Click on "Find a Doctor".  You can search based on the following criteria:

For Our Coventry Health Care of Delaware clients:

Go to www.chcde.com  Click on the "Members" link.  Clink on "Provider Search" in the left frame.  You can search for providers with characteristics that you specify, such as specialty and gender.  You can also search for providers by name and county.

For Plans that participate in the Alliance PPO network:

Go to www.mamsi.com  Click on "Find A Doctor".  From here you will be directed to a link where you can find a doctor, any other health care practitioner, pharmacy, hospital, or medical facility that participates in your health plan.
